I appreciate the amount of criteria that you can filter your lists by, giving the ability to add or remove contacts to your lists seamlessly and easily. I really would have like to use this services
It was my first choice and would have use it if not for the cost.Ease of deployment, intuitive dashboard, accurate analytics and reporting

Categorizing sites and applications takes a bit, but I don't see another way around it.You shows a good price per users but when you go to subscribe it requires minimum of five users
I only needed one user which made the price was very high for me.One of the employees uses a MacBook Pro
When his iOS updates sometimes the permission setting of ActiveTrak need resetting.

Cons
In the actual delivery there was actually no real content or working items
Additionally, there are a ton of meaningless data entries now gumming up the running history in my CRM so that it's near impossible for me to find my last meeting notes
The user experience is horrendous
Once you know where things are, what icons mean, and get inside the head of the people who built it, you can get around with relative ease
Then you pay for something but there are several things that are not told, you are requested to pay other fees that nobody told at the beginning
My feeling is I waste lot of time, effort and money."
