Easy to use for better online reservations. What do you like best about Acuity Scheduling? It is easy to use, cheap and very convenient to make reservations, choose the exact time and date. It's accessible, I can schedule appointments with company employees, set it up and integrate it with my website, even connect it to the Facebook pixel for ad tracking and performance. I recommend integrating it with your website and Facebook pixel to improve your ad performance and get better bookings at a low cost.
Squarespace Scheduling is a cloud-based appointment scheduling software solution that enables business owners to manage their appointments online. The product caters to the needs of small and midsize businesses as well as individual professionals. Squarespace Scheduling lets users automate appointment bookings by offering a real-time view of their own time available. It has the capability to automatically sync calendars according to users’ time zones and can send regular alerts and reminders to users regarding their appointment schedules. Squarespace Scheduling’s scheduling feature set includes customizable intake forms, embeddable calendars, third party application calendar synchronizing and group scheduling for workshops. Squarespace Scheduling is suitable for service-based businesses such as training and tutoring centers, coaching and consulting, photography and video production companies, fitness studios, salons and spa centers and health and dental clinics. The solution offers a free basic module and is available as a monthly subscription. The product offers APIs and integrates with third-party applications such as QuickBooks, FreshBooks, MailChimp, Google Analytics and WordPress.

"A very inclusive scheduling software, but lacks in APIs and responsiveness" What do you like best about Acuity Scheduling? It's largely bug-free. It has so many features it's likely to fit the needs of your business, even complex needs. It's been around for awhile as well, so it's solidly built. Acuity also has timezone support for both employees and clients. So everyone gets to see their appointments in THEIR time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Acuity Scheduling? They don't really make improvements. I haven't seen it change in years, despite different needs in the current web market. Their API is very limited as well, so not much integrating can happen. They have a subscription option, but no hidden page or option to add content to that subscription, so it's essentially meaningless. Multiple timezone support, very easy to use interface for both employees and customers, easy to embed, packages and discounts. This has also had much fewer bugs than previous software that we've used for scheduling. It just works.

The photos are absolutely stunning, which catches your attention. The reason that’s important is each day it will prompt you to type an answer for, ‘What is your focus for Today?’ Then it will display that every time you open a New Tab. If I open a Tab to do something unimportant, trivial or just that is a pure distraction, I’ll be like, ‘Oh yeah, I should really get back to that

I appreciate how Momentum is a calm oasis in the middle of my hectic online worklife. I often find myself opening a new tab just so I can pause and reset. With Momentum much of what I need is at my fingertips: links to apps and sites, clocks for the timezones of my cohorts, a beautiful image with an encouraging word, and more. The simplicity of Momentum is deceiving: there is more power below the hood than is immediately visible. One wouldn't think that a browser homepage tool would be so capable, but Momentum's subtle toolkit made me move off of Speed Dial 2 after using that for many years. This was about the fastest I've ever moved to a premium subscription for anything! There are three main features I really love - the daily to-do list visible on each tab, which acts as a nice, subtle reminder; the focus for the day; and the fact it integrates with Trello. I also love the pictures! I've been looking for ages for something that would let me manage multiple to-do lists but without having to go into a different app, Momentum is perfect.”
