Box has been a reliable collaboration and file-sharing tool for over a decade now. I do subscribe to Dropbox, merely because of its ubiquity in the industry, but I highly recommend testing out Box first. It may be the right fit for you.

My experience so far with Content Central has been good. It does everything they said it would and it does work well. I would not recommend this for a large corporation, but definitely would recommend it for a small to mid sized company.

Easy system to use. Good search and document sharing function. The sync function is a bit clunky and requires some thinking to identify which document we want/need to sync. The various sharing/copying/moving options are not really intuitive and requires a bit of a learning curve.

I am able to use Box with a free account and still get great use out of it! I use Box for mp3 sharing so the files are generally smaller. I haven't had to worry about my storage being full a of yet.
