I have used it for six month and it has some amazing features and i recommend the various clients to use it
Fairly good experience in general
I strongly recommend it to ogranizations that are looking for an all-in-one solution, especially if you are 10 or less strong
After using several other CRMs I have found that Agile offers the perfect balance of flexibility and structure I am also REALLy impressed by the marketing and tracking side too
This is a fantastic program that I've established successfully with three clients so far
I've found it excellent to use with ample support documents to set up and deploy without assistance."

Cons
The inability to cancel despite following their instructions for cancellation to a tee
Do not add your credit card information!!! I cancelled and am still getting charged
Horrible customer service
Don't use Agile unless you want to get stuck in a contract
I told him that I was going to start writing bad reviews about Agile while I waited for his management
Eventually, he said he initiated the refund and cancelled my subscription."

Love the ability to schedule e-mail at a later time and not disturb clients outside of regular business hours
I also like the add-on assistant to help in writing better e-mails
I like that I can time when emails are sent
I like the emails bounce back up if not answered so that I never lose track of my correspondence
This is a really easy way to supplant a CRM and make sure you never forget about an outstanding email or question
My overall experience with boomerang for Gmail is nothing short of great
I love how easy it is to use and it is also linked with the business email making it easy to contact multiple customers."

Cons
I am trying to come up with something negative but have yet to have a negative experience with this software
The labels for it's various outboxes can be confusing, but that's a Gmail fault really
Can be a bit confusing to schedule the time and to retrieve it once it sits in the outbox
It really puts an end to losing track of email threads."
