Being a very early started (back when it was free), i've loved Polymail's ability to fill the void that Mailbox left in our email workflows. It is an amazingly simple, easy to handle and clean email workflow tool. Standard snooze and remind options aside, i think they are onto something with the recent additions to Campaigns features and Salesforce.com integrations. They are excellent for a user within a sales organization who wants to super-charge their communication, outbound and email workflow.

Excited at first and way too often frustrated with a bloated and unintuitive application. I only use it for "special" emails. When I really need to know if an attachment has been downloaded or when I need to get a message to many people.

At one time, Polymail decided to make many of its winning features available only to paid subscribers. The free version is still a capable email client, but it's now less attractive than before compared the competitions.

I have used it for six month and it has some amazing features and i recommend the various clients to use it
Fairly good experience in general
I strongly recommend it to ogranizations that are looking for an all-in-one solution, especially if you are 10 or less strong
After using several other CRMs I have found that Agile offers the perfect balance of flexibility and structure I am also REALLy impressed by the marketing and tracking side too
This is a fantastic program that I've established successfully with three clients so far
I've found it excellent to use with ample support documents to set up and deploy without assistance."

Cons
The inability to cancel despite following their instructions for cancellation to a tee
Do not add your credit card information!!! I cancelled and am still getting charged
Horrible customer service
Don't use Agile unless you want to get stuck in a contract
I told him that I was going to start writing bad reviews about Agile while I waited for his management
Eventually, he said he initiated the refund and cancelled my subscription."

Embraces the apple ecosystem (available on mac and iOS and syncs seamlessly)
Great email marketing tools: tracking who opened it, sending reminder follow ups, and scheduling are all great additions
It has a very useful and featured packed free plan that can help you out if you are a startup or a small business just starting out
I like the features of Polymail - they really focus on making sure you are spending intentional time with your inbox mail
We use it for everyone in our office
Overall it works great for us."

Not on Windows, which is a shame because of how many enterprise services use Windows
I hate that there is no Android mobile version of this software - yet
Search function is terrible
Does not honor replyto: in the message header
Not all emails are synced, some missing from inbox
More syncing issues when used across multiple devices (sent messages)."
