Great tool for product managers to interact with Engineering and other stakeholders across the organization. The feasibility of integration with other tools makes it more powerful. The team that is on hand to help is brilliant. Whomever you speak to, they always know the answer. With a tool that has this much to offer in terms of functionality, it's a really positive thing that support is on hand. It's a pretty intuitive tool and it really helps people change the way they think about products, projects and delivery (in my experience). The mock-up feature is great - takes some getting used to for someone that's never done mock-ups before but it's very handy. Being able to present stuff and have people view certain elements on a web link is useful too.

hese people are vultures. Holy heck they are one of the least customer friendly companies I've ever interacted with. The Comcast of sales tools... We bought SalesLoft for a year and told them we didn't want to renew. They billed us anyways. We asked for a refund, and they said one could not be provided. I had to file a chargeback with the credit card company in order to finally get a refund. We asked if we could get our data exported, and of course they said they aren't able to do that. We asked if we can trial the product (since we hired a new sales person) in order to access our data, and they said they don't offer trials. They have a minimum of 2 seats even though we only have 1 salesperson. Honestly these guys couldn't care less about their customers or doing anything friendly at all, they're basically the worst company I've interacted with in recent history.

Pros
I like that the tool supports a standard methodology and discipline that is critical for the success of PM Teams
We have also had a good response on a couple of key feature requests which I was impressed by given our modest account size
Other nice features include the ability to organize the suggestions/requests, combine similar items, organize them - and the users get to vote on what others have posted
My overall experience with AHA has been outstanding
It shows that the team developing this product has a deep understanding of what their customers are trying to accomplish."
Cons
Often I'll need to completely refresh the page before I see my changes in the UI so it makes things a bit slower to use
Some what features or functions are missing that one would think were basic
The learning curve is steep compared to You track
Schedules epics activities development tasks todos and several other features can be hard to distinguish and somewhat confusing
But it's not exactly intuitive
You have to mess around and make quite a few mistakes before it really begins to make sense."

Overall I had a great experience, easy to track previous touches with a contact, great dialer, and pretty good with cadences
It even keeps track of the metrics for each cadence
This is great for beginner BDRs who are reaching out to multiple people a day
Very good, this is the 2nd company that I've utilized Salesloft and I've enjoyed both experiences
Very easy to set up individual or team templates and cadences
Good dynamic content and personalisation options."
Cons
More bugs than a low budget apartment in a bad neighborhood
Dialer is bad and slow calls frequently do not log- Salesforce integration is bad
This software can be hard to use due to lagging and many technical issues
Sometimes it will un-sync its self from my email, run slow, not load, etc
Also, it's hard to get answers from customer service
We are so unhappy with their behavior we are switching to Outreach even though Salesloft refuses to release our company from the contract."
