Using Aircall in the last year also gave me the chance to become familiar with your subscription plans and billing models and I find them reasonable, flexible and fair to both parties, in every sense. Aircall is a telephony solution, that I recommend to all fellow managers that are either planning to implement a phone service or need to replace an existing platform. With that, I’d like to confirm that we are willing to extend/renew Soitron’s Aircall subscription and continue with your services. I am considering 1 or 2 changes in the subscription plan, to fully meet our business needs in the next 12 months. Great, but there are better options What do you like best about GoTo Meeting? GoTo Meeting is straightforward, and you'll have no hassle using it for calls and meetings. As with any video conferencing software, you can schedule your appointments in advance and allow the invitees to make other plans around the meeting schedule. While meetings tend to be one-time, GoTo Meeting historically has allowed you to have rooms that don't disappear after the initial meeting. These meeting rooms can be joined using your ID and last for long-term discussions, which is favorable in work environments. GoTo Meeting is open and easily accessible for anyone to partake in conferences. You can use computers, tablets, and smartphones to join meetings once you have the invitation link. If you don't have access to the application, each room has a unique access code and number that you can dial to join the meeting from your landline and mobile phone. As a workspace, I can't recommend GoTo Meeting highly enough. With essential tools such as screen sharing and presentations, GoTo Meeting holds the key to business discussions, collaborations, virtual classes, and online seminars. Its low price for implementing and setting it up is a significant advantage over Zoom, Skype, etc. I can't personally speak for large-scale companies. Still, my team of 27 has an easier time communicating via GoTo Meeting when we host conferences with clients for broader discussions and our private collaboration sessions. Aircall is a sound, user-friendly choice for companies that integrate calling features for employees in customer facing roles. The UI is sleek and easy to navigate, there aren't too many settings which is good as it's not overwhelming. There can at times be a lag or latency problems when a customer is calling in, or when you are calling out, especially when the CRM Hubspot. But otherwise I have not had any real problems that would leave a poor score.

It keeps missing calls when I'm already set as available. Sometimes it works, oftentimes it doesn't. Very frustrating because I had to call back several times within seconds after I'm notified that the app missed a call that DIDN'T RING. Android user here and I've just read a lot of reviews. Smh please fix this or you'll losing business pretty quick.

Poor call quality, and inexcusable lack of basic functionality. No picture texts? That capability has been around for 15+ years. Notifications are hit and miss. I don't receive a lot of my calls. Terrible experience. I can't believe you have a 2.5 star review overall.

"GoToMeeting is great for VOIP but not my favorite for video conferencing" What do you like best about GoTo Meeting? The VOIP functionality is fantastic, I love that I'm able to answer my work phone from my cell phone, anywhere. I'm also able to check voicemails when I'm out of the office without having to call a number or anything complex. The app is a great tool.
