Akeneo is an easy-to-learn PIM system with useful features that is continuously iterated on through releases on the Serenity SaaS version. We have opened a number of bug/question/enhancement tickets and they are always quick to respond and solve the issue at hand. We have even seen a couple of our enhancements added to the product. Akeneo remains responsive and snappy with product queries and bulk updates, even with 2.5M skus loaded in the system. We have no major complaints about this PIM system and would recommend it to others based on experience over the last two years.

There is an excellent range of capabilities in the Akeneo PIM, but I like best the Rules-based attribution. This allows fields to be updated based on other attributes, and this decreases the time spent by users to create and manage products and also increases accuracy.

I've used Catalog Machine on numerous occasions to create holiday catalogs for my local small business clients. The set up is user friendly and allows for easy uploads of imagery. It allows for creativity with different backgrounds, colors and fonts. I've been pleased by the final product and love that I can share the link online to track views by reciepents. It is a very affordable tool for a small business to showcase their products and services in the digital age.
