I like the ease of use as a Coordinator. My time spent scheduling has shrunk majorly, leaving me more time to focus on recruiting, on-boarding and training. The calendar makes it really easy for me to see what my week looks like. The sorting function help me isolate events to more easily see events. Even the color and font choices used in the apps is pleasing to the eye! The support from the Nowsta team has been amazing. They always respond within minutes through their direct messaging function and not only resolve the issue, but are a blast to work with. It's been a year that we have used the software and there have been endless improvements to functionality. They have expanded the system in many ways, allowing us to change our payroll functions and save money. Many times, we have seen areas for improvement, have sent the Nowsta team suggestions and then seen the tweaks in the app a few weeks later. The team at Nowsta is the ultimate example of continuous improvement. My staff really enjoys using the app and it has actually been a help in hiring as well. I mention it during the interview and I have seen candidates' faces light up with excitement that we schedule with such a convenient form of communication.

"Only Ambassador Program you need!" What do you like best about Ambassador Referral Marketing? The simplicity of setting up campaigns, the ability to monitor every ambassador and their sales, and the ability to pay ambassadors all in one tool! I have tried numerous other softwares like Referral Candy and this software hands down does it all, they have just released a new look and function which supports the backend that much better. The codes are not as simple as a URL with our name, each unique code has to be mbsy.co/company/ambassador. These would be great if they were slimmer for handing out business cards or person to person marketing like a bit.ly shortcode length. But this software does the job right in the online environment of referring customers, it would just be better to put a friendly code on our teams business cards so there is a potienital sale during networking events. We are solving the power of word of mouth advertising by using GetAmbassador, our marketing force is limited by the fact we are a company. Once you have a community spreading the word about your brand/product the sky is the limit. Ambassadors are more trusted because they are an individual, not a marketing organization promoting the product. The benefits we have seen are from Ambassador testimonial videos. The refer a friend campaign has provided a streamlined, consumer facing page that makes it easy to capture consumer emails and allows them to share via social media to their network of friends and family.

Multi-campaign capabilities, dashboard, great referral platform and works very well as an affiliate platform as well. We also really liked the versatility in payment methods, including cash (paypal, bank transfer, dwolla), gift cards, store coupons, voucher codes. "Never been so efficiently staffed!" What do you like best about Nowsta? We started using NOWSTA almost 2 years ago and it has made scheduling so much more efficient. We use it throughout our company - from servers and bartenders, to kitchen, warehouse, and office workers. The platform is user friendly for both schedulers and staff. I have been the Staffing Coordinator for DSquared Hospitality Company for almost 13 years and we have never been fully staffed so early for our events! And I don't have to rely on temporary staff as much anymore because we are staffed more efficiently. Thank you NOWSTA! Problems of staff not being able to quickly and easily view and accept shifts have been solved. The whole platform is easy for me to use as a Staffing Coordinator and make sure I am able to offer shifts to the right staff for the job. Because we are staffed more efficiently, I am able to rely less on temporary staffing companies, saving us money. We are able to use the system company-wide for many different types of laborers (as opposed to using multiple staffing platforms for service staff vs office staff or kitchen staff). This allows any manager to get an up-to-date report on staffing in their teams, departments, and company as a whole. Worker data is also easily accessible.
