I need a CRM that allows me to attend to customers of wsp, inst and FB, that allows me to create bots to follow up pre and post sale, we have achieved it, but with many problems reported and many not solved. For example, if I want a bot on a birthday to congratulate a customer, you CAN'T with amoCRM, you must do manual sending the message. Another thing, in past days I reported failures that I could not enter my license and they told me "ahhhhh is that the LATAM server went down"Leonardo R.

All events are stored in the lead card, including call recordings, tasks and chat messages. No data is lost or forgotten. The vendor promises their product is a perfect messenger-based sales solution for entrepreneurs, small, and medium businesses. With workflow automation, you can ensure your sales team doesn’t waste time on repetitive tasks. Manage leads, assign tasks, run email campaigns and more without lifting a finger. amoCRM's in-depth analytics provide a full overview of your sales process. You can even manage the CRM on the go, with their mobile app available both on iOS and Android.
DotDigital has a drag-and-drop email builder and many good templates. Using automation, I was able to send out emails with ease. During the onboarding process, you will also be able to speak with real people. We use it to create modern and engaging emails for customers, whether abandoned cart or post-purchase. AmoCRM is a content relationship management tool that offers a wide range of features, including a digital streamlined layout for sales teams to close more deals. There are integrated solution can give you numerous benefits for marketing and sales teams. It is currently being used by a marketing and sales department made up of 15 students. The students were able to teach themselves the platform and functionality very easily. With connected digital sales it makes it simple to track business sales and finances. This addresses the main problem of how do you track sales and how do you process sales data. The problem that exists in communication between sales and marketing/sales departments is diminished with amoCRM. With full email integration it makes communication easier and faster, it also makes finding and closing leads more efficient. With limited time in a day this is important for our students who run the school business.

Easy to use CRM with a lot of integrations. We use amoCRM as a primary solution to work with leads in our company. Our company has several brands and we use amoCRM to work with clients from different brands and unify our business processes in one solution. We use amoCRM for: 1. All leads from websites are added to amoCRM and stored there. 2. Call center works with these leads to call to clients, sorts lead and push them to different steps in the sales funnel, make an appointment for the clients. 3. We built the analytics of our sales and leads based on data from amoCRM.

I finally have the needed tool to give my customer service as I desired. I can finally correct the long processes into specific steps and see where the exact improvement is needed for the results we aim for. It helps to have a clear plan and easy of access for all employees to collaborate on. "Good platform but some niggles around pricing and set-up" What do you like best about Dotdigital? The platform itself is solid and well featured, with good deliverability, personalisation and scheduling options, management of contacts, segmentation, reporting, A/B testing and automation, SMS and web chat integration. Pricing is a niggle, as the number of live contacts at a basic paid account level is not as generous as most competitors. Testing on a range of clients and devices is chargeable for each send and the monthly fees are also steep compared to the competition. Additional functionality such as Web Insights is available in most plans, but you have to set it up yourself, it is not included as part of the on-boarding process. I have used it on e-commerce and lead generation sites and it performs well on both.

"Stand out Support Team" What do you like best about Dotdigital? I was completely blown away with the level of customer service through the chat function on the website. Great that it is actually a real person that you speak to! I came to DotDigtial from another platform so I had to hit the ground running with my learning - they were helpful every step of the way often going above and beyond to help. Hannah, our Customer Success Manager has been awesome too - coming over to our location to fully understand the business and give her input on what she thought were the best steps going forward. Hannah has been such a support and honestly (as cheesy as it sounds) I don't think I would have got so far, so quickly without her! I love all the Webinsight info that we have been able to link to our account so that we can fully understand and target our customer base. The analytics side of things is great and tells me everything I need. I like that DD is an all-round platform and allows me to add and take away additional services, for instance, chat and text. I would love the sharing on social to be a bit more updated and more user-friendly. I feel it is out of date and doesn't perform as well as it could. Despite this, there is no source information, completion funnels or additional analysis offered. No customer journey analysis. The data is there! Why can't teams access it. Through the integrations we have, our CRM is no longer a database the team have to log into, it is now where the team live. Without DotDigital, we wouldn't be able to have this mindset.
