The fact that it's open source and quite similar to proprietary office suites. Compatible with Microsoft Office formats, and similar UI/UX. It can be used in the cloud or with a local app, in multiple operating systems. I also like that you can use the cloud version for free in small teams. It has its limitations but is enough for a lot of use cases. It includes a CRM module, which you won't find in other office suites.Alvaro G.
ONLYOFFICE Workspace is a collaborative corporate office available as a cloud service and on-premises solution. It features a collaborative 3-in-1 editing suite fully compatible with MS formats, tools for managing documents and projects, CRM, calendar, mail, communication instruments, and advanced security settings. ONLYOFFICE also provides free desktop and mobile apps connectable to the cloud. ONLYOFFICE Workspace offers plans for startups, businesses, and extra big enterprises.
We use DocDigitizer as part of our fully automated Accounts Payable process. We receive and scan (for physical invoices) supplier invoices, which feed DocDigitizer for document classification and data extraction. DocDigitizer then integrates with our Document Management software, filling document metadata associated with each invoice (supplier, invoice number, subject, etc), and then integrates with the ERP to create a pre-filled invoice register in the system. From our back-office team perspective, DocDigitizer is a silent but super effective part of the process. The team is notified that a new invoice was uploaded in the document management system and that a pre-filled invoice record was created in the ERP.Alexandre L.

I have been using Onlyoffice for quite a while now and I found it to be absolutely magnificent and easy to use. The word files are mostly created on Onlyoffice. I use mobile version sometimes.
