Atera allows me to administer our laptops remotely, as we have technicians in the field all over the country. I am available to assist when problems arise within minimal hassle. So easy to set up with the agent, and very few issues.

Atera makes things simple, remote assistance, bulk installations, bulk scripting, reporting, windows updates, everything is easy enough to do especially if you have been doing things the hard way up until. You can report to identify what your priorities are, you can push windows updates with a few clicks, you can report on the status of everything, run scripts across your whole company, and even run installs across the whole company with minor difficulty.

Our team finds that creating processes is easy and doesn't require a lot of labor, and it has improved how we communicate with clients during conversations, emails, and sales campaigns.
