With Azuqua we improve the ability to define our workflows and achieve integration with other products (Salesforce), it has a slightly complex learning curve due to poor documentation. But it works for what it was designed for.
Oliver Elijah L.Azuqua was a tool that helped users integrate their SaaS applications and build custom automations. It was acquired by Okta in late 2019, and is now part of Okta Workflows. Okta Workflows leverages Azuqua’s workflow orchestration engine and application integrations to automate complex identity-centric processes such as user onboarding and offboarding. The product is available as part of the Okta Lifecycle Management product.
Clean and Straight Forward What do you like best about OutboundEngine? Willing to work with my schedule and didn't truly PRESSURE me to get the product but were forthcoming that they were looking for my business. What do you dislike about OutboundEngine? A little robotic in the sales pitch. I would have preferred a more open dialogue designed to get down to the heart of what I wanted to accomplish. The product aims to provide small businesses with what big companies have achieved with marketing automation. The service aims to help users keep in touch with clients and prospects with professionally designed, branded campaigns. Benefits include: driving engagement, surfacing warm leads from current contacts, generating referrals and repeat business from their existing contacts, social media advertising to get in front of prospective new customers. The vendor states that OutboundEngine Users will benefit from: Well crafted campaigns with delivery in mind Industry-relevant content that keeps contacts engaged over time Prescriptive performance metrics delivered via email Prospect generating forms with a clear call to action Done-for-them social advertising
I am discovering that Azuqua can do more and more. It is a platform that integrates not only software but also connects to APIs- and therefore your first-party business services. We use Azuqua currently to update multiple systems with customer data (Zendesk, Pipedrive, Marketo). It eliminates a lot of redundant work and syncs sales & marketing with up to date information. It also has strong data manipulation functions and as I mentioned can connect to your API which might be useful for you. Their customer success team is very responsive. The only difficulty is that it has a learning curve, but after you learn the ropes you can design your own integrations without IT's help.

"Another Company that Makes it Hard to Cancel or Terminate" What do you like best about OutboundEngine? The actual reps trying to help you set up your account are very helpful. For folks wanting to really work their sphere and database for referrals, etc., this product has potential. But watch out for the corporate trickery. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about OutboundEngine? Despite giving written notice in Nov 2021 that I did not wish to renew in Summer 2022 they came up with a lame excuse on how I had to reach out again closer to the end of my contract. And, of course they couldn't mark my account for non-renewal BUT they can certainly click a button for autopay each month. Be wary and hope that if you try this product that you never need to cancel it because they will screw you for their own benefit. I Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. I never got into Outbound Engine much because my business approach changed shortly after signing up to focus on growing the brokerage rather than my sphere or team contacts. I communicated that with an account rep very early on but it seems their management won't recognize those taped phone calls or written emails because it wasn't close enough to my contract expiration date.
