We use backlog.com as overall tracking and project management tool for our projects, support tasks and maintenance activities that we provide to our customer. We selected backlog.com after evaluating many other tools (like Jira, Pivotal tracker etc.) and backlog.com became the clear winner. Why ? Because this tool combine together the best features of all other tool while still being neat and straightforward. Backlog.com has been proving it at our daily use for 1 year approximately.
Backlog is the all-in-one online bug tracking tool for task management, version control, and bug tracking. Along with a suite of task management features, such as subtasks, custom statuses and Kanban boards, the platform provides a consistent way for teams to report bugs and manage code repositories. Backlog enables pull requests, merge requests, and branches, and you have the option to use Git or SVN to manage code alongside bug tasks.
Plutio is an All in One Client Portal Game Changer What do you like best about Plutio? Plutio includes all of the traditional features of a client portal like tasks, kaban boards, time tracking, milestone etc, and take a giant leap over the competition offering Invoicing, Subscription Management, Internal Chat, with the ability to White Label the portal and domain. So far the only pain point has been with integrations with companies for Intercom and ability to editing a subscription without having to have a client re-fill out CC info. Giving clients the ability to login to one location to view progress, updates, communication and manage files.
Plutio is a business management solution designed to help small businesses handle projects, create proposals and process invoices on a unified platform. With the time tracking module, employees can manually or automatically log work hours in timesheets and share them with supervisors via email.
The product is clutter-free and any features that are added have simple use cases and helps in easier implementation. A good user interface to avoid daily hassles involved in bug/defect reporting daily as a tester.

Sometimes it goes down and it won't respond once between my work it stops working. it happend to me in the mid of the project it goes down and i was not able to send report.

"Great Project Management Focused CRM" What do you like best about Plutio? The client billing features on this tool are amazing. I can create custom proposals, contracts, and invoices from within the program. From there I can send them to clients where they can e sign and accept the terms and even pay their bill directly. "Plutio to track your projects" What do you like best about Plutio? Plutio is an easy platform to use. It's available via their portal using a web browser or desktop app. You can easily switch from different client accounts with fully customizable tabs. There are many features I've yet to unlock. "The perfect project management tool for agencies" What do you like best about Plutio? Simply log into your portal and you have all the detiails about your project in one place. Plutio makes it easy to stay organized and on track with your service-based product. There are a lot of new features coming. We use the platform to manage active clients, their projects, their tasks and events. There is a live web chat feature that you can embed on your website to allow prospects to communicate. Plutio has a roadmap full of great ideas but they have been slow to develop. Sometimes over 2 years.
