"Speechify is absolutely brilliant. Growing up with dyslexia this would have made a big difference. I’m so glad to have it today."
Sir Richard BransonWe use backlog.com as overall tracking and project management tool for our projects, support tasks and maintenance activities that we provide to our customer. We selected backlog.com after evaluating many other tools (like Jira, Pivotal tracker etc.) and backlog.com became the clear winner. Why ? Because this tool combine together the best features of all other tool while still being neat and straightforward. Backlog.com has been proving it at our daily use for 1 year approximately.

Backlog is the all-in-one online bug tracking tool for task management, version control, and bug tracking. Along with a suite of task management features, such as subtasks, custom statuses and Kanban boards, the platform provides a consistent way for teams to report bugs and manage code repositories. Backlog enables pull requests, merge requests, and branches, and you have the option to use Git or SVN to manage code alongside bug tasks.
We are using Targetprocess in our daily Agile practice. Our developers and Product Owners are trained in its use, and it is a huge piece of our practice. The software is key to our Agile efforts, and is relatively easy to set-up and use. However, the buyer should be aware that unless you deploy one of the pre-built frameworks, you will be starting with a clean slate, and will have to build your own structures, and this can take a bit of thought and time. I enjoy using the software, and we intend to renew our license for the next year, and will be making efforts to expand the user base. The ability to define different workflows for different teams is very powerful, as is the Request Portal, and other more DevOps type features. Story card aging is another nice feature that we now implement through custom rules.

Targetprocess is a software tool to visualize and manage Agile projects according to Scrum, Kanban or a custom approach. The tool allows you to manage your product roadmap, manage requirements, track resources, create shared boards and get the transparency you need across teams, projects, and the entire organization. Recognized in Gartner's Magic Quadrant for Agile Enterprise Planning Tools. Modern & slick user interface. Amazing customer support
The product is clutter-free and any features that are added have simple use cases and helps in easier implementation. A good user interface to avoid daily hassles involved in bug/defect reporting daily as a tester.

Outstanding pricing system, easy to put in place so the implementation/training of expert solutions are class that is first. The application is effective and also works with various methods to Agile/Agile Scrum, and also includes pre built application solutions like sound. Our company was all set up in an extremely short period of time.

TP helped us a lot to manage a complex project that had many teams working in parallel in a large product roadmap. My conclusion was that to be worth the investment the teams should take advantage of all the features and metrics that it can generate. Depending on client's project management in some cases it was not possible to use correctly sprints and generate metrics. In those cases we ended migrating to other tool (such as Trello).

We used JIRA for several years and it's good, but the lack of proper integrated hierarchy means organising 10,000+ items is just impossible. Even 3rd party plugins dont help much. The UI is slow and unattractive and after 6 months trying to get JIRA Porfolio to work (a cool idea!) I could never get it to and the response from Atlassian was disappointing overall.
