The platform is easy to use, and non-trained or non-technical users are able to use the platform. Comes in a very good pricing structure which is appealing to small and medium-sized businesses. Great website builder and CMS, perfect for creating products and product categories and managing SKUs. Order management, payment processing, shipping and taxation are very straightforward and useful for users. The platform is highly customizable and is one of the best eCommerce platforms in the market.

BigCommerce doesn't have a lot of flaws. We have a dedicated account rep that checks on us from time to time and does evaluations for us. It's easy to grow our business with BigCommerce and not feel too many growing pains.

As a commercial bakery, we have customers ordering in lots of ways: phone, voicemail, email, text so this allows a place to get all orders in one spot. Once the orders are in and we send invoices to Quickbooks we have just eliminated manually making invoices. Also, by getting the customer to order themselves, we eliminate order transcription errors
