The minimalistic UI is great. It helps me be productive with my various tasks for the day. Often I have projects in my to-do lists - but I done this helps e break it down into smaller portions and take them down one by one. The daily reports are very neat, just enough metrics to be productive.

I loved having the full featured free trial to completely test things out before making a purchase

Limited number of custom fields, no email templates and difficult to create email templates on my own
The worst is it does not integrate with Zoho Books, there is not point
I spent time exporting contacts from books and importing to Bigin and then realised this is foolish to do
No automated lead allocation is something I hated most
It broke down several times
