I see the benefits of Keap/Infusionsoft and if I had the big budget to hire someone to set it all up, I can see how powerful it could be. But unfortunately, I was sold a solution that I was no where near ready for. I think this is perfect for the advanced marketer who has plenty of experience with funnels, CRM, automation etc. Unfortunately for me, it was too much, too soon!

I loved having the full featured free trial to completely test things out before making a purchase
Overall experienece is good enough to keep the records and experience
So far so good, fast end easy upgrade from using spreadsheets for everything

Limited number of custom fields, no email templates and difficult to create email templates on my own
The worst is it does not integrate with Zoho Books, there is not point
I spent time exporting contacts from books and importing to Bigin and then realised this is foolish to do
No automated lead allocation is something I hated most
It broke down several times
However, it finally worked."

Once you have an understanding of how it works, then it can do amazing things for your business
It had amazing features which had those purchasing the product rave about it
Really a great tool for automations that can scale across multiple channels and online // offline
When it is running right, it's super effective
I really like that you can convert clients more efficiently and effectively by sending targeted follow-up messages."
Cons
The one problem with the software is that it is a beast of features and I can easily get lost in the minefield
You know that they suck when they have to change there name so they can try and rebrand themselves but at the end of the day they are still confusionsoft
It essentially has no (easy) pipeline management
Cancellation and rude customer service experience
Customer service is horrible
I wanted to cancel BEFORE my next billing and they said that I had to schedule a call before I could cancel which is ludicrous."
