Ability to add task on any device very quickly (begin with a space bar on PC). The consistent look on any device. Tasks automatically going into starred list when deadline is achieved.

Keeping track of employees every day tasks. This allows me to see what has been completed and what has not. It's also better to track every task through nozbe instead of trying to keep track of every email/text message with a task attached to it.
