Plutio is an All in One Client Portal Game Changer What do you like best about Plutio? Plutio includes all of the traditional features of a client portal like tasks, kaban boards, time tracking, milestone etc, and take a giant leap over the competition offering Invoicing, Subscription Management, Internal Chat, with the ability to White Label the portal and domain. So far the only pain point has been with integrations with companies for Intercom and ability to editing a subscription without having to have a client re-fill out CC info. "Great Project Management Focused CRM" What do you like best about Plutio? The client billing features on this tool are amazing. I can create custom proposals, contracts, and invoices from within the program. From there I can send them to clients where they can e sign and accept the terms and even pay their bill directly. "Plutio to track your projects" What do you like best about Plutio? Plutio is an easy platform to use. It's available via their portal using a web browser or desktop app. You can easily switch from different client accounts with fully customizable tabs. There are many features I've yet to unlock. "The perfect project management tool for agencies" What do you like best about Plutio? Simply log into your portal and you have all the detiails about your project in one place. Plutio makes it easy to stay organized and on track with your service-based product. There are a lot of new features coming. I loved having the full featured free trial to completely test things out before making a purchase
Overall experienece is good enough to keep the records and experience
So far so good, fast end easy upgrade from using spreadsheets for everything

There are a couple of key features that are needed to make this a true small business CRM solution but what is there works very well."

Limited number of custom fields, no email templates and difficult to create email templates on my own
The worst is it does not integrate with Zoho Books, there is not point
I spent time exporting contacts from books and importing to Bigin and then realised this is foolish to do
No automated lead allocation is something I hated most
It broke down several times

I like that you can do pretty much everything with it in terms of tracking time, project management, inviting clients to collab, and managing your calendar
Having used more advanced and powerful software such as clickup, I can see the value in providing a more simple portal for clients and collaborators
Look and feel are fairly nice
Visually, Plutio is pretty great.
Cons
UX issues are never addressed
Bugs last for years
A little expensive compared to other tools in the market with very similar and more developed features.
