This tool has helped us increase users adopt salesforce more to put in their activities. Its seamless sync and automated mapping for records to be linked to the right SF records. It helps do everything within inbox than logging in SF, mostly everything!

Technical support is good at sending 'canned' responses. I find myself frustrated that cirrus hasn't improved its usability. Please give me two things every month that make your 'standard' features of Gmail to SalesForce work without me having to invoke extra keystrokes or drag picklists to see all available options.

Bitrix24 is an outstanding CRM meant for social collaboration and for managing interactions with clients and team members
The sales processes were automated, and I have greater control over my company and my employees and thus extract better performance from my team
We choose Bitrix for our compnay's CRM solution but I found that there are many more features which are useful for us
I love how we can manage leads from different sources on same platform
I really like with the workload planning that Bitrix24 has offered, as it really helpful in distributing workload for each team members."
Cons
The CRM system is so full of bugs and nasty little details they havent even thought about
Their webmail is the worst ever thing I have seen
Some of the tools is hidden on unexpected location inside on other tools and make the navigation process is quite frustrating
It is awful and the service is worse than the software
It was nothing like what was presented to me
So after lead validation, the mail is sent after that follow-up begins then its success or failure
Everyday sales team have to work on this process but sad to say No reporting structure at all."

It helps sync meetings, emails and contacts to Salesforce directly through gmail and google calendar
Which is a system that all our Reps already used
We love how it can create an event or task right there in Gmail
I love Cirrus Insight so much, that I gladly put up with its issues
Because it does this automatically, and is managed from within Gmail, it makes it super easy to review contacts/accounts/opps and track emails, phone calls and meetings."
Cons
I have always had a hard time with Cirrus not working
For instance, when you restart your browser, CI will fail to load in Gmail
There is nowhere to "turn it on
" you just have to refresh the tab and wait for it to appear
No fault of Cirrus Insight
It is simply a suitability comment
Recently, for over a week they had some really bad connectivity issues where we had to login in several times per day."
