Workfront is very good because it determines a high level in the form and distribution of activities, helps to collaborate with the most solid projects and can guide the development with multiple strategies framed in favor of the needs. However, when there are too many new and beneficial features, it comes at a cost. The cost of learning. The learning process is long and people who are new to this, face even more difficulties. Another thing that needs Workfront attention and quick modulation is their messy interface. When the workload and team members are less in numbers, it is quite manageable and works well. What problems is Workfront solving and how is that benefiting you? With Workfront you can do all pretty basic stuff, for example, scheduling tasks and assigning them using Kanban and Gantt. Pros
Bitrix24 is an outstanding CRM meant for social collaboration and for managing interactions with clients and team members
The sales processes were automated, and I have greater control over my company and my employees and thus extract better performance from my team
We choose Bitrix for our compnay's CRM solution but I found that there are many more features which are useful for us
I love how we can manage leads from different sources on same platform
I really like with the workload planning that Bitrix24 has offered, as it really helpful in distributing workload for each team members."
Cons
The CRM system is so full of bugs and nasty little details they havent even thought about
Their webmail is the worst ever thing I have seen
Some of the tools is hidden on unexpected location inside on other tools and make the navigation process is quite frustrating
It is awful and the service is worse than the software
It was nothing like what was presented to me
So after lead validation, the mail is sent after that follow-up begins then its success or failure
Everyday sales team have to work on this process but sad to say No reporting structure at all."
