The software is fully integrated into my Gmail so when it comes time to record a video for a client it's literally a click of the record button and it fires up my camera and mic. It's speedy and efficient and doesn't interupt my work flow to have to go to a 3rd party app.

As a marketing professional, I've used 2 dozen email service providers at varying price-points, features, and volumes - from sends as low as several hundred to as much as over 1 million contacts. Regardless of volume, deliverability is key and 1PointMail has figured out how to reliably serve large-scale customers at a very affordable price. Their customer support is fantastic. They have always worked with me on my issues through resolution, offered advice and recommendations that have made my campaign perform better, and ae always available when we have issues. For the deliverability, service, and price, these guys can't be beat!

I LOVE the concept! I love the ease and the fact that they keep improving it. I'm not using BombBomb like I could be, there's SO much more to it then just the one-off video emails I currently do. I plan to switch over from my current email marketing platform to BombBomb as well and take advantage of their CRM-like capabilities as well. The customer service is superb!!!! And the email tracker is something I use all day while working.

The team at BombBomb is incredible. Really wonderful people there. Especially in sales and customer service. They all deserve a cold beer. I'd like the tool to have more functionality in email design, drag and drop, photo cropping, etc. I'd also like the app to include mass email tracking. But overall it's an effective tool for building relationships.

From the very beginning 1Pointmail have done everything they can to help and educate us on their software and better options that would better suite our business. Free or Demo Version with limited features or resources is not available, making it difficult for first-time users to test and verify the product. Also sometimes the spam check feature is not very helpful and it runs slow on a low specification device and different browsers too.
