Recommendations to others considering Bonita: If you are looking for a simple yet powerful platform for average projects, Bonita may be your choice. What problems is Bonita solving and how is that benefiting you? Bonita has helped us to execute process automation projects of average complexity. It has a low learning curve, and requirements of different process automation phases can be reached in a single module what can be handy if you have small automation teams.

Presented as easy to handle and integrate into heterogeneous information systems, Bonita accelerates development and deployment of process automation projects, service orchestration and application development. This is made possible by its low code capabilities, reusable components, and unified deployment on-premise and on the cloud. CIOs can confront both short-term challenges (often from requests from business teams who wish to support their business development), and the long-term challenge of modernizing IT to deliver on business needs and customer expectations. Open-source, extensible and integrated, Bonita is based on an architecture that clearly separates the process, data and user interface layers. All project team members can collaborate effectively to develop, deploy and maintain sustainable processes in line with the expectations of business users. Automating and Simplifying WFM Tasks So You Can Focus on Value-Added Analysis What do you like best about Verint Workforce Management? Verint WFO allows me to automate many of our redundant or non-value added workforce management functions freeing us to focus on more analytical and valuable things. There is a wide range of features that allow for a great deal of customization and problem solving. Two of my favorites are the coaching module and elearning module. These benefit us two major ways. First, they allow us to optimize the scheduling of this off-phone time so that it doesnt happen as unplanned activities we neither see nor plan around. This has resulted in better, more optimized schedules. However, it also allows us to ensure EVERYONE in our organization is scheduled for coaching or elearning time. With this being a mandatory requirement for us, it brings peace of mind and involves minimal effort. What do you dislike about Verint Workforce Management? Verint WFO can be overwhelming to the novice or first time user. I have been using it for almost ten years and still learn or discover something new. With that can come a learning curve which at times can be steep. I think this is both benefit and challenge. It has helped us schedule off-phone or non-productive activities in ways that involve minimal effort while yielding great results in terms of optimization. We have been freed up to focus on more critical problems or analysis rather than mundane tasks. For us, it provides insights into what's happening so we can set expectations and plan accordingly.

"Orchestrate your processes in an elegant way with Bonita BPM" What do you like best about Bonita? It is an orchestrator of open source processes, quite good is a pretty elegant solution that allows you to define the processes within your company, you can define human tasks and automated tasks within your processes and allows you to design the flow of your application, it is based In java groove what makes it quite versatile, it has integrated tools such as bootstrap to diagram and build the necessary interfaces to bring the process to life. At first the interface tends to be confusing, it has many options that at first are not locatable and intuitive within its interface, this tends to delay a bit the learning curve since it is a bit difficult to understand in principle for developers. The part of the frontend is a bit basic, of course it is a tool that is based much more on the orchestration of processes within an organization but for the front-end programmers the tools of construction of the interfaces can give a lot to be desired. Recommendations to others considering Bonita: It is a very interesting tool, in constant growth that has nothing to send to Oracle BPM I think it is a tool in which you can build quite complex applications, it is vital that programmers know java to take better advantage of this application, the The strongest work would be in the part of the database architecture and the elaboration of the STORE PROCEDURES since the tool facilitates the insertion of these services. Organizationally define the processes within your organization and identify the types of existing processes, consolidate the structure of your company, the automation of the processes is a great advantage since it helps to standardize the logical flow of the processes and helps very positively within of the organization, since this allows the reduction of the times in the processes and the labor efficiency within your organization.

Verint WFM Pro has provided my contact center with accuracy, time savings, increased communication and the ability to leverage headcount where we havent been able to in the past. The only item that always comes to mind (which isn't precisely a bad issue) is how in-depth you could go with using Verint WFM. "Verint WFM For the Win" What do you like best about Verint Workforce Management? I have been an active user of Verint WFM since it was Blue Pumpkin years ago. I love the ease of use of the system. The way you can customize the campaigns to meet the needs of the business.
