The email notifications. I wish there was a way to select whether a recognition piece will send a notification or not. Our users requested the email notifications to be turned off due to the mass posts we do for 5-star reviews, top # receivers, etc. If we could turn off the email notifications for those particular recognition pieces so that our users don't get 10 notifications back to back, they would know when other users get the one-off recognition pieces. Or maybe even an email notification once a day that covers all recognition sent throughout the day.

Using Aircall in the last year also gave me the chance to become familiar with your subscription plans and billing models and I find them reasonable, flexible and fair to both parties, in every sense. Since we've moved to a remote-first work environment, it's turned our monthly recognition meetings into a place where we give each other kudos almost daily. I love the integration of bonusly with Slack, that makes it really easy to send points. I also love how you can include gifs in the messages. Those always make me smile, whether I am giving them or receiving them. The options for spending your points are amazing, they have giftcards to places that I actually shop at. This is just a nice added bonus to the work that I do at my job.

Aircall is a sound, user-friendly choice for companies that integrate calling features for employees in customer facing roles. The UI is sleek and easy to navigate, there aren't too many settings which is good as it's not overwhelming. There can at times be a lag or latency problems when a customer is calling in, or when you are calling out, especially when the CRM Hubspot. But otherwise I have not had any real problems that would leave a poor score.

It keeps missing calls when I'm already set as available. Sometimes it works, oftentimes it doesn't. Very frustrating because I had to call back several times within seconds after I'm notified that the app missed a call that DIDN'T RING. Android user here and I've just read a lot of reviews. Smh please fix this or you'll losing business pretty quick.

Poor call quality, and inexcusable lack of basic functionality. No picture texts? That capability has been around for 15+ years. Notifications are hit and miss. I don't receive a lot of my calls. Terrible experience. I can't believe you have a 2.5 star review overall.
