The email notifications. I wish there was a way to select whether a recognition piece will send a notification or not. Our users requested the email notifications to be turned off due to the mass posts we do for 5-star reviews, top # receivers, etc. If we could turn off the email notifications for those particular recognition pieces so that our users don't get 10 notifications back to back, they would know when other users get the one-off recognition pieces. Or maybe even an email notification once a day that covers all recognition sent throughout the day.

Since we've moved to a remote-first work environment, it's turned our monthly recognition meetings into a place where we give each other kudos almost daily. I love the integration of bonusly with Slack, that makes it really easy to send points. I also love how you can include gifs in the messages. Those always make me smile, whether I am giving them or receiving them. The options for spending your points are amazing, they have giftcards to places that I actually shop at.
