Since we've moved to a remote-first work environment, it's turned our monthly recognition meetings into a place where we give each other kudos almost daily. I love the integration of bonusly with Slack, that makes it really easy to send points. I also love how you can include gifs in the messages. Those always make me smile, whether I am giving them or receiving them. The options for spending your points are amazing, they have giftcards to places that I actually shop at. This is just a nice added bonus to the work that I do at my job.
