I use Bookafy to allow my clients to choose their own appointments, directly from my website, without the hassle of back-and-forth emails on days/times. Since my google calendar integrates with it, I know that I can't be double-booked: two clients at the same time or by a personal conflict. I love that I can collect payments at the time of booking and have my Zoom meeting info sent out automatically.

Plutio is an All in One Client Portal Game Changer What do you like best about Plutio? Plutio includes all of the traditional features of a client portal like tasks, kaban boards, time tracking, milestone etc, and take a giant leap over the competition offering Invoicing, Subscription Management, Internal Chat, with the ability to White Label the portal and domain. So far the only pain point has been with integrations with companies for Intercom and ability to editing a subscription without having to have a client re-fill out CC info. Not sure. The demo given by the CEO was disappointing and not very helpful. Casey seemed to be more annoyed that questions were being asked and seemed eager to get us off the phone.

"Great Project Management Focused CRM" What do you like best about Plutio? The client billing features on this tool are amazing. I can create custom proposals, contracts, and invoices from within the program. From there I can send them to clients where they can e sign and accept the terms and even pay their bill directly. "Plutio to track your projects" What do you like best about Plutio? Plutio is an easy platform to use. It's available via their portal using a web browser or desktop app. You can easily switch from different client accounts with fully customizable tabs. There are many features I've yet to unlock. "The perfect project management tool for agencies" What do you like best about Plutio? Simply log into your portal and you have all the detiails about your project in one place. Plutio makes it easy to stay organized and on track with your service-based product. There are a lot of new features coming. Also, I love the fact that I can adjust my availability so that my available booking hours are compatible with my school hours
It's comprehensive, offers great, personal user support, and it's not expensive
It is relatively easy to install on your web and it is free.
Cons
The lack of PayPal integration and the branding design customisation wasn't quite as sleek as Acuity's
Since my google calendar integrates with it, I know that I can't be double-booked: two clients at the same time or by a personal conflict
Difficult note entry upon the appointment level

I like that you can do pretty much everything with it in terms of tracking time, project management, inviting clients to collab, and managing your calendar
Having used more advanced and powerful software such as clickup, I can see the value in providing a more simple portal for clients and collaborators
Look and feel are fairly nice
Visually, Plutio is pretty great.
Cons
UX issues are never addressed
Bugs last for years
A little expensive compared to other tools in the market with very similar and more developed features.
