Breathe HR vs PurelyHR

We found BreatheHR when we were about 20 staff and it's been a godsend, it meant we could move on from holiday spreadsheets and it made us so much more organised with personnel files but those were only the basic things we were trying to 'fix', in reality lots of other benefits came with it - our team love the 'kudos' feature which mean they can say thanks / well done to each other, and we use it to help communicate business critical documents to all staff - our team have take much more responsibility for their own information and now they can access things like remaining holiday days whenever they want.

PurelyHR has been an amazing tool for our business What do you like best about PurelyHR? PurelyHR is extremely easy to use and it automates many of our business functions. We use the time-off module and the timesheet module and having the information synchronized saves us time in our payroll processing. I previously used separate programs for these functions, but the PurelyHR platform is a much better tool and a much better value. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about PurelyHR? I have little negative to say about this platform. There are some customizations I would like to see. Also, I don't like that when I add a new employee, I have to go into each existing employee's profile in order for them to be able to see the new employee's calendar. I would prefer if there was some automatic process that allowed everyone to see each other's calendar unless the admin/manager added a restriction (I'd rather have it be an opt-out feature than opt-in). For me, PurelyHR is helping to solve the never-ending problem of too much work, not enough time. Since I handle our business's HR/admin, I am always appreciative of multi-functional tools.
