Breathe HR vs Zenefits

We found BreatheHR when we were about 20 staff and it's been a godsend, it meant we could move on from holiday spreadsheets and it made us so much more organised with personnel files but those were only the basic things we were trying to 'fix', in reality lots of other benefits came with it - our team love the 'kudos' feature which mean they can say thanks / well done to each other, and we use it to help communicate business critical documents to all staff - our team have take much more responsibility for their own information and now they can access things like remaining holiday days whenever they want.

I use Zenefits 1,000+ a day and simply couldn't live without it What do you like best about Zenefits? I love the design and aesthetic of the HRIS, and when I reach for a tool or a function, I know it will be there and give me what I need. I use the Business Intelligence function all the time. Especially useful and a critical function for me in my work is the Compliance Assistant that Zenefits has designed. All of the federal deadlines and the tasks I need to complete throughout the year are there, and it gives me peace of mind to know I am crossing my T's and dotting my I's correctly Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Zenefits? There is a bit of a learning curve when it comes to Zenefits-specific tools like the Performance Management app. It isn't straightforward to understand who can see what when it comes to the different peer-review options. Considering the functionality limitations, I tend not to use that aspect of Zenefits at all. I trust Zenefits will get there eventually, but some of the offerings have no use in my daily operations. We use Zenefits to store the information on all of our employees, something I refer to constantly. We also use the Benefits Administration app and the Business Intelligence app. Administering Health Benefits and things like our Insurances through Zenefits is extremely easy. We also use Zenefits to push policies and communications out to our entire workforce with the push of a button. As mentioned above, the Compliance Assistant is incredible, and I regularly utilize the HR Library.
