I've found ChannelGrabber to be very professional, helpful and good value. Problems never occur unlike other similar software's ive used in the past which are over complicated with super slow problem response times and above all alot more expensive. I would definitely advise anyone who is interested is streamlining their online presence to give ChannelGrabber a go, very easy to setup and most of all makes handling multichannel selling a doddle from day to day. 10/10

Product Fruits is a great product for user onboarding and offers top-notch support. They usually respond within minutes. In the beginning, we had some small feature requests and the team addressed them within days. Thanks to Product Fruits, we can now implement and improve the onboarding experience on the fly and without any deployment. A few weeks ago, we also collected feedback using the Adoption Meter and found a lot of optimization potential in our SaaS. You should definitely try this ;)

Its difficult to get the user onboarding right. First impression clear user guidance are crucial pro product adoption. With Productfruits you can do it. | CG maybe missing a few features of 'larger' fulfilment software out there, but it's always in development and these will probably be added in the future |
| Also you are limited to Amazon and Ebay marketplaces and on the CLASSIC Channel Grabber there is no API access to integrate directly to your system (although i hear this is in the pipeline) |
