With over 120 different properties, Chatmeter is SO easy to filter in all reviews, ensure listings are correct, and mass publish to social media. All of our property managers and regional supervisors are set up to receive weekly review emails, and because of this they can easily stay on top of issues. It would be impossible to manage such a large portfolio without Chatmeter.

Not able to modify or set any of the sentiments. Sometimes the A.I. registers random words that are completely irrelevant like "girl" or "there." We would have liked to tag and track things like "mask" "COVID testing," etc. But I can only do that using the reports tab. Also, not being able to manage Yelp, Apple, Yahoo, Bing, or Yellowpages within the platform can get backed up. Chatmeter was not able to help us with issues regarding Facebook spam policies. We had to go and research it ourselves. We assumed Chatmeter would have a partnership with Facebook.

"Oktopost Makes Mass Promotion of Company Social Posts Super Easy" What do you like best about Oktopost? The consolidated view of all available social posts for the chosen advocates to post makes this product extremely easy and efficient to use. I also love the automagically feature to post in the future with a single click on the button based on an algorythem that decides the best time. Oktopost takes the headache and guess work out of continuous posting of company social media and that has resulted in a more robust and ongoing social promotion using our best resources--employees. The user interface is intuitive; the posting is simple with only two clicks. I don't have any issues posting on a regular basis. It doesn't frustrate me or wish it were any different than it is now. The problem Oktopost solves is the common problem of how to get employees to actively and easily promote our company social posts. With this solution, I'm able to view all available posts in one view and promote to my personal LInkedIn account with just a few clicks.

"Reporting, conversion tracking, advocacy - complete social reporting!" Overall: Strategic Internet Consulting have been using Oktopost for around six months to support social media activity in our Inbound campaigns. More comprehensive than simple scheduling tools, it was the social advocacy board that first drew us to the tool, plus HubSpot integration, and detailed reporting on social conversion. As an agency user, we're now Silver Oktopost Partners. Pros: - Advocacy board. Any content that is sent via main business profiles appears on a unique user board for everyone in the company to promote via their own work accounts, increasing reach and engagement. - HubSpot integration and detailed conversion tracking to better assess social effectiveness - Autoposting features and bulk upload options for faster social message creation and scheduling (across all social platforms, not just twitter) - Feedly integration to make sharing industry content easy - Monitoring sections to view engagement and interaction - Campaign segmentation for easy use, scheduling and tracking Cons: In the future we'd like to see more segmentation on the leaderboard - by social campaign if possible, as not everyone in the business needs to post on all topics. Having the chrome app pull through images when sharing to twitter would be useful too, but not too big an issue! A paid ads integration might be asking a lot but would be interesting to see.

I love that we can also use their Listings and social media service as well
We appreciate that there are multiple facets to Chatmeter, so we don't have use a variety of vendors
We've been with Chatmeter long enough to witness several major new feature rollouts and they've all been seamless
What's more, I am a huge fan of Chatmeter's weekly webinars
I love all the information they are able to pull from all different website and showcase it in a way we can actually act on and improve our processes and the information we display on the web
Overall, we're happy with our experience with Chatmeter and they've been great about updating and creating new features over the years."

Cons
The only dislike I have is that I don't have it on a mobile device
This may be my fault though
The backend where menu information is updated is hard to use and time consuming
The inability to cross post across multiple platforms is not ideal
My company uses it as a tool of negative reinforcement."

How easy and convenient it is to use + regular new additional features added to the platform + amazing support from the team
It automates daily social media management, helps performance tracking
Very helpful to manage multiple social accounts, still room for improvement.

Cons
We would like to know if the followers we have are real or just bot accounts, or even more so, fake accounts, entirely
Streams could use some refinement -- it's the one area I struggle to figure out
It is a lot to learn and it may be difficult for some people to fully understand the entire services they deliver -- Going through training webinars is most likely needed.
