CIN7 was easy to implement into our Techstack, When placing orders on CIN7 it was made with ease. But CIN7 only works with small to mid-level businesses. If your company continues to grow, You will grow out of CIN7.

While challenging to learn and deploy, it's unique feature set and capabilities mean they don't have any one direct competitor and you'd have to piece together multiple platform and cloud services to get the same level of features and functionality.

I truly want to love the software but it is still a fairly-new developing software. Their built-in EDI integration is very questionable as it depends on who was assigned to do your set up. I would not recommend Cin7 to a moderated or complex business setting.

I've found ChannelGrabber to be very professional, helpful and good value. Problems never occur unlike other similar software's ive used in the past which are over complicated with super slow problem response times and above all alot more expensive. I would definitely advise anyone who is interested is streamlining their online presence to give ChannelGrabber a go, very easy to setup and most of all makes handling multichannel selling a doddle from day to day. 10/10

| We also have some problems with basics that are required on picking/packing slips and zone locations etc and this is difficult when the pick and pack app is also unavailable for us |

| Also you are limited to Amazon and Ebay marketplaces and on the CLASSIC Channel Grabber there is no API access to integrate directly to your system (although i hear this is in the pipeline) |
