As I said above, Citadel is quite great to work with my co-workers. We don't really use e-mails between us anymore and we share heavy files with Citadel. Our exchanges are faster and my mailbox is less crowded. I enjoy this software and I would recommend.

This application has unexpectedly stopped and I am unable to install again. Adding resolution on the above issue. App finally got installed. Cleared google play cache and restarted my phone. After that application got installed. But it's a bug, citadel developer team must fix this issue.

It does what you need it to do. However the UI is sluggish at times and notifications are often not received until you open the app leading to long reply times.

All in all: pretty terrible. Notifications delayed. Tapping notifications doesn't open them. App signs out, sometimes multiple times a day (usually every couple days). Just onboarded my portfolio with Guesty but the shakiness of the mobile app is making me take pause with continuing using the platform. Would be eager to see changelog/timeline of fixes. This level of functionality is unacceptable given the cost of service. Better yet--focus on making a responsive browser app experience.

Your new updated app DOES NOT WORK. I continue to have problems and cannot use my phone for my business with your app. I am so disappointed that all your new roll out improvments were obviously not beta tested well enough. This has cost me so much valuable time!!!

One of the main reasons I signed up with Guesty is because they have the app. But it's very basic and keeps crashing and doesn't show messages in real time, some never show up and some with a few hours delay which makes the communication with guests very difficult. Support is also another big issue. I can only contact Guesty by email and they don't reply for days/weeks and even then their reply is rarely helpful. Extremely bad value for money, I'll have to cancel them if they don't sort it
