Citavi is a reference manager which works well with various word processor software. However, Citavi is more than reference manager. It also provides tools for users to quote important texts, to write summary and to arrange the references according to your article's structure. After you have done those, when you are working with your article, Citavi will detect the current chapter of your article and will show you relevant references and knowledge (those quotations and summaries that you have made before). Very handy! Citavi also provides a free student version which allows users to manage up to 100 references. This is very generous, considering Citavi has excellent features necessary for writing scientific articles. Citavi does not work on Mac. Users need to install third party software to allow Citavi in a Mac. That's a shame since this limits the user base.

It's great that we can contact with the vendor via Outlook and the tool keeps track of what we say. On top of that, we've got all of the project files saved on the server. Pros This software's user interface is well-designed and simple to operate. Reports, calendars, and Gantt charts may all be created. This program allows us to work with a variety of file types. All members of the team will be able to more readily communicate with each other thanks to this program. Cons I have seen better user interfaces in other products, but this one falls short. While getting acclimated to the UI takes some time, managing and controlling project activities becomes much simpler once you have.

I use Citavi for my scientific work in research. citavi has a cloud access which I think is great. The application runs extremely reliably. If questions arise, there is a wide range of tutorials and communities. I think it has become the benchmark in reference management. I had direct email contact with the specialists from citavi for specific questions. They are very friendly and very helpful. In the meantime I have collected and categorized over 2000 sources via citavi. These can be called up directly via my Word document in a separate integrated button. I would like to claim that citavi made significant progress with my dissertation. My fellow students are also impressed by Citavi.

Very good platform for project management. I use it for more than 8 years. I used it in a marketing agency and now I use it for a e-learning /training & consulting business. Pros I like the time tracking and the fact that I can easily set new tasks, follow the task implementation, have meetings based on everything set on the platform. Cons I still use other tools of simple to-do lists, but for real project management I have everything covered with this platform. I think that maybe more reporting options could be useful.

Cons Because of certain features, such as fade-in transitions when hovering over, it takes a bit more time to assign dates to tasks, as well as assigning dates where it won't include all the subtasks, even though the selection to include subtasks was selected.

Pros Teamwork offers the greatest amount of simplicity on one platform which is what is sometimes needed for good team collaboration. It is extremely user-friendly and it helps me manage my work with the utmost efficiency on any device.
