It is a utility application that allows me to organize my emails in my inbox by means of filters, and massively cleans emails that are spam or unread that have been in the tray for a long time, organizes the emails in views smart devices for a better visualization and to make it look more quickly and pleasing to the eye of the user. You can edit, categorize, and access many lists with ease. You can subsume multiple lists underneath one group and therefore create helpful and pertinent categories. This helps me when I am creating lists for different kinds of tasks or different days. On the phone, the lists themselves are very easy to modify- with simple swipes and taps, you can edit, delete, or mark items as complete. In addition, as you open the app, every single group, category, and list is visible in plain sight. You don't need to open up folders or click on links to see everything. This is especially helpful for me as I tend to forget that which I don't see. In addition, the items can be split into smaller items that can be checked off individually; this is so helpful if tasks require multiple steps, and you operate better if you try to tackle one mini-goal at a time.
