Clearbit provides me timely and accurate contacts at the companies we go after. This is a big time saver when we are searching for contacts that fall within the companies we go after. This is a great tool to use if you use an ABM approach for outbound prospecting.
Clearbit is a data enrichment product that automatically updates sales records with verified company and contact data, with the goal of providing better insights into prospects. The product integrates with a number of tools including Salesforce, G Suite, Outlook, HubSpot, Marketo, Zapier, Segment, and Tray.
I need a CRM that allows me to attend to customers of wsp, inst and FB, that allows me to create bots to follow up pre and post sale, we have achieved it, but with many problems reported and many not solved. For example, if I want a bot on a birthday to congratulate a customer, you CAN'T with amoCRM, you must do manual sending the message. Another thing, in past days I reported failures that I could not enter my license and they told me "ahhhhh is that the LATAM server went down"

You can even manage the CRM on the go, with their mobile app available both on iOS and Android.
It is a very user-friendly tool with an intuitive interface where every icon is presented in a well-organized form. Furthermore, I can easily find out any company’s webpage and correspond with them about my product. The extensions that are provided by this software updates automatically to show users useful information. Overall, it is an excellent product and now it keeps the importance in our organization because of its effective performance.

We are using Salesforce CRM in our company. So here Clearbit plays a major role for us in our day to day sales activities, from providing all the information in a tab to helping keep our database updated. We don't need to open any other page while talking to or making calls to our prospects. Clearbit, with its unique enriched features, shows all the major information about the prospect/company in a column that one need not go anywhere else to find any info.

Our industry can be, for a lack of better terms, dirty. People do not necessarily want to react in time, if at all, and customer service simply doesn't exist. I personally use Clearbit to research escalation points within an organization as needed.

There are integrated solution can give you numerous benefits for marketing and sales teams. It is currently being used by a marketing and sales department made up of 15 students. The students were able to teach themselves the platform and functionality very easily. With connected digital sales it makes it simple to track business sales and finances. This addresses the main problem of how do you track sales and how do you process sales data. The problem that exists in communication between sales and marketing/sales departments is diminished with amoCRM. With full email integration it makes communication easier and faster, it also makes finding and closing leads more efficient. With limited time in a day this is important for our students who run the school business.

Easy to use CRM with a lot of integrations. We use amoCRM as a primary solution to work with leads in our company. Our company has several brands and we use amoCRM to work with clients from different brands and unify our business processes in one solution. We use amoCRM for: 1. All leads from websites are added to amoCRM and stored there. 2. Call center works with these leads to call to clients, sorts lead and push them to different steps in the sales funnel, make an appointment for the clients. 3. We built the analytics of our sales and leads based on data from amoCRM.

I finally have the needed tool to give my customer service as I desired. I can finally correct the long processes into specific steps and see where the exact improvement is needed for the results we aim for. It helps to have a clear plan and easy of access for all employees to collaborate on. |Being able to pull data from amoCRM, then from Excel, and integrate it into the Intuit TurboTax and Business software really makes data gathering and processing easy and efficient.
|Room for improvement would be that you need to manually integrate some of the apps for use.Adding information to different fields is timely, and having an auto-fill would be very useful for a lot of the text fields
