Close CRM may be the best in it's class. Functionality, flexibility, and customer support What do you like best about Close? Close CRM is my absolutely GO-TO customer relationship management software that offers a wide range of features to help our businesses manage our customer relationships at the highest level. The software is highly customizable, which allows businesses to tailor it to their specific needs. Additionally, Close CRM provides excellent customer support, which is critical for businesses that rely on the software to manage first touch communication on new leads, and lead nurturing. Overall, Close CRM is an excellent choice for businesses that need a comprehensive and customizable CRM solution. On a direct note, Pedro Ponciano is our account manager and has been an absolute all-star for us. He even created a 5 minute step by step video personalized just for us on a solution to automate our SMS first touch communication for our incoming leads! So far we have not found any issues that stop our process that has not already been instructed by their incredible support. We had an issue with automating SMS, and Pedro knocked it out of the park by creating me a personalized 5 minute instructional video on step by step how to create the solution we thought was missing. Top Notch Email Marketing Tool for Nurturing Leads What do you like best about GoZen Growth? As a blogger, I have tried so many emails marketing tools but I found Gozen Growth very effective. Because it provides an excellent user experience with top-class features. Before using this tool, I have to use different tools for collecting & sending emails to my subscribers. Now my problem is resolved and I can send emails & collect email subscribers effortlessly in the Free plan also. More Application Integration can be added to the Gozen Growth tools, which gives the user the flexibility to choose their preferred platforms to grow their audience. I can use the Automation feature in the free version also, which means I don't need to send the emails manually to my audience. All I have to do is set up the sequence and the email is sent to my users on time. It is a problem solver feature for those who can't afford this tool initially and after using this tool they can easily grow their audience to get more conversions. Overall, I have a great satisfaction with this tools as a blogger.

I have been looking at various CRM's for my private practice. I provide online therapy for speech, language and learning. Close.io impressed me with its rich features and customizations. I loved the fact that Close.io works perfectly for one person. So many of the other CRMs are for sales teams.

My overall experience was good with close, I like the simple minimalistic interface of close and how easy to use for our day-to-day marketing and sales tasks. If money is not the issue then it's a good CRM tool for everybody.
