The Coda.io platform allows me to combine databases, spreadsheets, docs, & presentations onto 1 surface without writing code. I have tried others but always return to Coda. Key features that I like include: linked tables that serve as fully functioning databases, the ability to refer to data in my tables on the text canvas, the collapsible feature for text, and the overall ability to consolidate multiple disparate apps into one Coda doc canvas.

Coda's ease-of-use vs powerful features is hard to beat. The relational tables, prebuilt templates, buttons, etc make accessing those deeper features available to everyone. It has a clean format and navigation.

Sometimes there are too many ways to do things, or options to do things are buried too deep. I do not like that I can not require training on minor versions of documents. Many documents I receive externally, I cannot determine how they number, and then numbering on the document does not match the MediaLab number.

| Most of the integrations with outside software are poor and have very little to no customization/parameterization |
| For example including google drive documents is very very basic |
| We ended up having to duplicate our document, which was really bad for continuity and very very confusing to team members less familiar with our file storage systems |
