Our company utilizes employees here in the US, and numerous remote employees in the Philippines (less than 20 employees). Everything we needed (plus more), all in a single solution. Not only did we cut our previous costs by 80%, everything is now in a single solution.

Terrific Software. Only spoke to support once, they responded within a few hours (and bear in mind we are the other side of the globe form them) so very happy. We were purchased a high tier of the product but not the top tier, about a month ago they stopped billing us as they announced it was to be free for under ten employees. However, this software is a great contributor to why we won't be under them employees for much longer.

We have been using the software for about 8 month now. Some problems have been resolved. A huge improvement was around open shifts. That feature was basically unworkable until a few months ago. However, no improvement in core functionality of job scheduling and time clock since then.

It was basically for health and safety but it became better after improving Some it wasn't really working as you wanted but their always improvements from the developer and that is the best thing in iAuditor app always improving for the customers

I am a HUGE fan of the Connecteam App
The fact that the app is constantly evolving with new and exciting tools, make it easier to use and keeps my employees engaged and wanting to add more
I always contact to Alon and he is great
Always answer on time and do his best for us
He continually tells me how wonderful it is to work for Connecteam (and I am so glad to support a company that treats its employees so well)
Works seamlessly without delays on the push notifications to users, geo fencing is the best part and the approval requests for extended work hours are very much useful and many more."

Cons
Due to the COVID epidemic, my team had to rapidly transition our way of business
Connecteam allowed us to solve several logistics problems that allowed us to thrive and grow
I don't like that i can't go put in unavailable the employee can only do that
I gave up and made my own training videos on how to use the app and they still struggle)
SMS functions didn't go well, probably due to local regulations SMS may have delivery failures."

The scoring method is great, it helps with the performance of the cleaners and helps with getting certain tasks completed on a weekly basis
To be able to document written assessments / audits but be able to analyse their content into numbers and produce trends is a great ability that not many (have not seen) others can easily do
It helps with scheduled maintenance and inspections
Prompts users that checks are due and then has the templates to use to complete the inspection and ability to highlight any issues
Excellent in capturing high quality evidence and delivered into a report."

In fact, the lack of persistent variables is one of the primary reasons why my motorhome template is more than 7,000 items long
This meant that the report was on fewer pages
A pity this option was removed
There are a few things missing
A supervisor who wants to review the inspectors work prior to sending it to the client can not do it without logging into the inspector's account
There are a few little bugs that show negative values on answers and findings."
