About Interseller

We experienced the difficulty of sales first hand from our original product. Unable to afford the overpriced products on the market, we created our own internal tool. The tool simplified the processes and combined multiple workflows into one, making selling easy and fast. After realizing we solved a much larger problem, we changed our focus to developing our internal tool into a product. In January 2017, our internal tool made its first debut and launched as Interseller. Interseller grew into a recruiting product and eventually shifted its focus to recruiting in 2019.

Interseller is really good with recruitment. We connect it to Greenhouse and I can also connect it on LinkedIn to pull emails and place into a campaign. It's easier to reach out to 50 people throwing them in a campaign and directly addressing them in an email than if you did a reach out on LinkedIn directly.

Pros
it provides all the email addresses related to a person
Since I started using it a year ago, ContactOut has been able to provide me with work emails as well as personal emails making it easy to reach the email contact.
Cons
It is quite hard to use on its own website unless one links it to one's personal Linkedin account
When I started using it, there was so much trouble retrieving contacts until when I managed to link it to my Linkedin account
I wish they can improve their website and make it more autonomous to use without necessarily having to link it to Linkedin.

Interseller

Pros
features and functionalities are easy to learn
Once you sign up, it's easy to start email and reach out campaigns on day one
I especially enjoy the ability to tweak and customize already launched sequences in case one needs to make any changes mid-sequence or adjust an individual follow-up
I also appreciate the ability to easily duplicate and edit previously launched sequences and the ability to see what campaigns are active on a day-to-day basis.
Cons
Unfortunately, Interseller does not offer (or I am unaware of) a way to make notes under a contact
While Interseller is not a CRM, it would be nice if there was a way to "tag" or "label" contacts for additional organization, in addition to a "notes" field for quick reference, rather than needing to navigate to an outside CRM.
