ContactPigeon’s useful platform has provided us with suitable channels in the easiest way to operate. We use welcome emails, pop up, sign-up forms and push notifications to reach our audience. Consequently, having the ability to use multiple channels we have a wider audience, increasing it day by day. Additionally, the customer support team has helped greatly, making our collaboration easier.

Some of the features that we use are abandoned cart automations, browse abandonment email, automated welcome emails, and price drop alert. In the near future, we’ll send automated product recommendation newsletter to drive more sales. The fact that we have all the necessary tools gathered in one platform leads us to quick yet data-driven decisions. Hence, we have optimal results and increased conversion rates.
