I've used Contractbook in several companies of different sizes and industries and it's been my favorite tool to handle e-signature and contracts for years. The user experience is very good. I'm in particular a big fan of the template options and the ability to quickly share updated templates to the team. Additionally, the tech stack integration options are important for scalability and to fit into our infrastructure.

The fact that it's open source and quite similar to proprietary office suites. Compatible with Microsoft Office formats, and similar UI/UX. It can be used in the cloud or with a local app, in multiple operating systems. I also like that you can use the cloud version for free in small teams. It has its limitations but is enough for a lot of use cases. It includes a CRM module, which you won't find in other office suites.

There is a very good flow in contract book. Signees easely gets a mail if they havnt signed, and signing is easy. We love it. We love contract book, and we use the for all our employee contracts. It is very easy to use, and signees have very few steps to sign the document. All in all we are very satisfied

I have been using Onlyoffice for quite a while now and I found it to be absolutely magnificent and easy to use. The word files are mostly created on Onlyoffice. I use mobile version sometimes.
