The variety of customizations and features that are available throughout the software that allows the system to grow with our lab and program. I began implementation of the software as a beginner and have since expanded use and training to 3 different divisions in our program. Each division has unique needs that Qualtrax easily expands to include.

There is so much...you can have all of your quality documents and necessities for quality management all in one place. Users can access necessary information easily. Workflows are wonderful for tracking information. Using the Qualtrax Cloud, I can access all of my information from home as needed without having to be in the office. The system has significantly reduced paper usage, saving time and money.

DealHub is easy to use, super flexible and easy to configure
Our sales team now send out really slick deal proposals and we feel confident that we will be a strong contender for every deal we compete in
The ability to combine CPQ with Contract Management and e-signature enabled me to deliver my team greater productivity in less time
We solved the issue we had ensuring reps uploaded their signed contracts into Opportunities
This has, in turn, alleviated the friction we were having when it came time for renewals."

Cons
Valooto is very tricky to change quotes that have already expired or sent out, sometimes the limits for discounting can make it hard to use
I did not know what I was missing until I started using it
I dislike the fact that we stayed doing things the old way for far too long because we were hesitating with new technologies
Implementation took months, each contract has so many nuances that it's tough to build a system that will suit everyone
This means you have to build exceptions into Dealhub in a very manual process."

Cons"There are some limitations with reporting on training matrices that are a bit frustrating as we have to manually track training curriculums
There are a lot of options to select at every turn, and no obvious guidance about what does and does not make sense for proper setup
Very hard to upload more than 500 documents and build the document training tests (1:1 ratio so for every document you want to capture on a test you build an entire test)
I'm still new to this and have no comments at this time."
