Using the app, Dialpad Talk will direct calls to mobile or desk phones which makes it easy to stay in touch with clients when not in the office or working from home. Dialpad's online interface is intuitive and makes changing settings easy. All users have found the mobile and desktop applications intuitive and easy to use. Service is very reliable with either a mobile or wi-fi connection. A desk phone can also be used when a wired connection is available. Dialpad is compatible with many newer VoIP phones so finding one that works for your business should be easy. Their helpdesk will gladly point you towards compatible phones. Dialpad Talk also gives you the ability to make calls using your PC so a desktop phone is not necessary making it easy to work remotely.

The MoonMail system is very attractive because it has allowed us to amplify our level of traffic on the web and social networks. It is a basic system that is not characterized by being so complicated, it is a simple system using the marketing process in a very basic way. By email, personally we use this service in the marketing area to be able to create designs and send them through its platform, the system in general characteristics offers a very attractive analysis since in general they give us the amount of emails sent viewed received and those users who entered increasing traffic and visits.

Having the ability to use your personal phone as a work phone with a completely separate number. Also, you are able to get text/phone notifications instantly just like you would on your cell phone. So you can make calls from your desktop, take a walk to the break room and still respond to clients from your cell phone via the dial pad app.

DialPad allows our team to be able to SMS message our consumers often resolving issues in a more timely manner versus by email. The soft phone always is a quality, reliable connection on both sides of the call as well. We appreciate being able to set up the after hour experience based on our needs. I love that Dialpad has the ability easily set up your company line and allow opportunity to have a personal phone and work phone without the extra equipment! Also the AI voice intelligence feature is amazing! no more need to listen to voicemail per voicemail. You can look into your emails see who called, read their message, and easily just forward it over to the right contact in the company.

Overall happiness and less frustration than any other auto-responder for starters. The ease of use and straight forward dashboard is nice on the eyes and there's a template marketplace in case you aren't feeling creative. Pretty awesome product if you ask me.

I liked how easy it was to setup. Once you have verified your identity via sms messaging it is only a matter of seconds before you can start designing an email. I also liked how many different template options there are in the Template Marketplace. I tried this out on a very limited budget and was able to create a very good looking email without having to spend any money.
