DiscoverOrg has been of extreme value for our company in general and our reps specifically. It has allowed our reps to quickly see the chain of command in the company they're looking at, which leads to a more strategic sales initiative. Being able to bring in technology data allows for better targeting efforts as well. Lastly, their Customer Support has been a positive experience as they are always on top of any tickets we submit and typically help us solve them immediately.

Interseller is really good with recruitment. We connect it to Greenhouse and I can also connect it on LinkedIn to pull emails and place into a campaign. It's easier to reach out to 50 people throwing them in a campaign and directly addressing them in an email than if you did a reach out on LinkedIn directly.

The best part is when you tie all of the above into a plan of attack using their real-time, forward-looking triggers and opportunity alerts

Cons
Sometimes there's a lot of outdated data that makes prospecting more annoying
For the most part I get all the necessary information I need, but may have to retrieve missing contact info from elsewhere
Inaccurate results and we had a hard time finding out who is still in company and a decision maker for our software
We did not earn even a single lead after paying several thousand dollars
Cheap company and threatens to file lawsuit if we do not renew the contract."

Interseller

Pros
features and functionalities are easy to learn
Once you sign up, it's easy to start email and reach out campaigns on day one
I especially enjoy the ability to tweak and customize already launched sequences in case one needs to make any changes mid-sequence or adjust an individual follow-up
I also appreciate the ability to easily duplicate and edit previously launched sequences and the ability to see what campaigns are active on a day-to-day basis.

Cons
Unfortunately, Interseller does not offer (or I am unaware of) a way to make notes under a contact
While Interseller is not a CRM, it would be nice if there was a way to "tag" or "label" contacts for additional organization, in addition to a "notes" field for quick reference, rather than needing to navigate to an outside CRM.
