Distribion vs OutboundEngine

We kicked off our e-mail marketing program with Distribion, and have been very happy. It is extremely robust with excellent tracking and reporting capabilities. It integrates seamlessly with our CRM, which was very important to us. It comes preloaded with several templates, but having a custom-built template that is responsively designed makes your e-mails stand out. It has increased traffic to our web site since its launch. Overall, a very powerful product.

"Great tool to automate your marketing process." What do you like best about Distribion? I mostly like that it gives a sudden increase in sales and profits, but it also makes your brand look more potent among your competitors. Besides, I mainly like Distribion's support via online, business hours, and 24/7 live support. And Distribion provides training in the form of documentation, live online. Distribion offers a free trial which is very important to explore its functionality without pay for it. It allows not only sending traditional email marketing campaigns, but also automated campaigns and creating action flows to send certain emails when an action occurs.

Extremely robust with extraordinary tracking abilities. Lots of templates to choose from. Customizations are possible as well. Manages large lists of recipients/audiences well.

"Another Company that Makes it Hard to Cancel or Terminate" What do you like best about OutboundEngine? The actual reps trying to help you set up your account are very helpful. For folks wanting to really work their sphere and database for referrals, etc., this product has potential. But watch out for the corporate trickery. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about OutboundEngine? Despite giving written notice in Nov 2021 that I did not wish to renew in Summer 2022 they came up with a lame excuse on how I had to reach out again closer to the end of my contract. And, of course they couldn't mark my account for non-renewal BUT they can certainly click a button for autopay each month. Be wary and hope that if you try this product that you never need to cancel it because they will screw you for their own benefit. I Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What problems is OutboundEngine solving and how is that benefiting you? I never got into Outbound Engine much because my business approach changed shortly after signing up to focus on growing the brokerage rather than my sphere or team contacts. I communicated that with an account rep very early on but it seems their management won't recognize those taped phone calls or written emails because it wasn't close enough to my contract expiration date.
