Sometimes there are too many ways to do things, or options to do things are buried too deep. I do not like that I can not require training on minor versions of documents. Many documents I receive externally, I cannot determine how they number, and then numbering on the document does not match the MediaLab number.

Our company utilizes employees here in the US, and numerous remote employees in the Philippines (less than 20 employees). We had one solution for scheduling, another program for task and project management, another app for messaging, and a cloud-based program for time-tracking. Until we found ConnectTeam. Everything we needed (plus more), all in a single solution. Not only did we cut our previous costs by 80%, everything is now in a single solution.

Terrific Software. Only spoke to support once, they responded within a few hours (and bear in mind we are the other side of the globe form them) so very happy. We were purchased a high tier of the product but not the top tier, about a month ago they stopped billing us as they announced it was to be free for under ten employees. However, this software is a great contributor to why we won't be under them employees for much longer.

We have been using the software for about 8 month now. Some problems have been resolved. A huge improvement was around open shifts. That feature was basically unworkable until a few months ago. However, no improvement in core functionality of job scheduling and time clock since then.

It's been a great help to track versions and get updates out to all who need to review
The automated approval process is nice
I like that we can link to other SOP's so easily
I love how it helps us prepare for JCAHO
Our Medical Director has easy access to everything from IQCP, Policy and Procedures, Linearity and more
Love the ease of annual review and notification to staff
Can't wait until all departments are live so that we can rely on the program in it's entirety."

Cons
Sometimes the policies get assigned to the wrong techs and it's a bit of a pain to get that straightened out
Some users have complained about the blurriness of the text (it's not as clear as our former software)--I'm not sure if this was affected by the upload speed or what contributed to this
The user interface is extremely confusing
More emphasis needs to be put on which division you are in
Also, I have problem giving permission to the Managers for biennial review of their department procedure manual."

The fact that the app is constantly evolving with new and exciting tools, make it easier to use and keeps my employees engaged and wanting to add more

Due to the COVID epidemic, my team had to rapidly transition our way of business
Connecteam allowed us to solve several logistics problems that allowed us to thrive and grow
I don't like that i can't go put in unavailable the employee can only do that
I gave up and made my own training videos on how to use the app and they still struggle)
SMS functions didn't go well, probably due to local regulations SMS may have delivery failures."
