Drag vs Confluence

This software has helped me streamline my email process and not forget about the emails that have not received a response (whether that's on my end or the other party). It's has allowed for less work to fall through the cracks and for less prospective, current, or future business to be lost.

Drag is still developing. At the moment, it doesn't appear to sort messages by criteria, so I am still doing that by hand. In addition, the column structure (which works great) can easily stretch past your screen real estate. This means a lot of sideways scrolling. I would like to be able to collapse columns or stack them in order to keep the action on a single screen. But I'll bet they play on making such changes in the future.

"Great place to document SOP's and PRD's" What do you like best about Confluence? The best thing about Confluence is that it auto-formats links into shortened button-like UI and also sets the alignment of the content like a blog. The same document can be shared and edited by multiple users as per the access assigned by document creator, which helps to ensure integrity of the document. Also, who last edited and when is displayed at the top right, which is very helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Confluence? If at all there is anything to dislike about Confluence, it is the fact that there is no option to convert the Confluence doc directly to a PPT for sharing outside the organisation. This is something that we have felt when trying to share the document with external influencers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What problems is Confluence solving and how is that benefiting you? We document all Standard Operating Procedures, Product Requirement Documents, Product Release Documents, Login Credentials etc. in different categories of documents on Confluence, which ensures an organisation-wide untampered record of all logs and processes.
