A hidden gem What do you like best about E-goi? The many features that it has, the price and that is based in the EU (for data privacy). I like that it works with tags for contacts, and has incredibly good segmentation choices. It does connect with magento and some other ecommerce stores so you can tack in e-goi revenue per customer. Also connects facebook leadsand facebook custom audiences.

"Does the Job but a long way to go" What do you like best about Leadsquared Marketing Automation? It is a comprehensive tool. This is the first CRM tool I had used and it gave a lot of features that helped me manage my lead data. Easy to add and export leads. I can link this to my phone and track activity as well. Cons
LeadSquared is a little bit expensive compared to other slimmer products, so they need to think about it
Sometimes LeadSquared gets stuck when I use it to run a large campaign, I would like them to improve this
LeadSquared creates a problem in slow internet connections, so I guess this is also an improvement area for them.
