A hidden gem What do you like best about E-goi? The many features that it has, the price and that is based in the EU (for data privacy). I like that it works with tags for contacts, and has incredibly good segmentation choices. It does connect with magento and some other ecommerce stores so you can tack in e-goi revenue per customer. Also connects facebook leadsand facebook custom audiences.
E-goi is a Omnichannel Marketing Automation tool with more 700 000 users worldwide, which allows any company (from a Micro Blogger to a giant multinational) to manage its entire sales cycle, from capturing leads to customer conversion and loyalty. With E-goi schedule you can create landing pages, forms and pop-ups, perform advanced automations (abandoned cart recovery, lead scoring, NPS, etc.), implement an E-mail marketing strategy, SMS, WebPush, Push Notification and Voice campaigns. You can also do behavioral and intention tracking on web pages and online stores, in addition to having a public API and integrations with more than 500 software, such as WordPress, WooCommerce, CloudShop, Magento, Shopify, etc.
We use Pega Platform to create a unified decision hub to centralize all marketing decisions to trigger all campaigns and channel interactions. We are also currently replacing our legacy CRM with Pega CRM. Our goal is to eliminate silos to provide a unified customer engagement platform so our business interacts with customers in a relevant and contextualized fashion.
